The ticket holder understands that there are risks when participating in an event such as Six Pines Haunted Attraction (SPHA) and assumes all risks and dangers associated therein. In consideration and acceptance of entrance in SPHA the ticket holder agrees to release the operator, affiliates, its parent corporation, directors, owners, staff and property landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expenses whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of participation in the Six Pines Haunted Attraction.
At SPHA you will experience the following: fog, strobe effects, intense audio and visual effects, extreme low visibility, and damp or wet conditions. IN the adventures you will maneuver through scenes that may require bending.
SPHA reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. You will not be permitted to enter if you appear intoxicated or are inappropriate.
SPHA is not responsible for any broken or lost items in or outside of the haunt. You will not be permitted to re-enter the haunt for missing items – please report missing items to security.
No running, touching props or actors. Please remain with your group. WE can’t guarantee your safety if you stray off the path. No smoking or open flames of any kind allowed in the attractions. If you violate these rules you will be asked to leave without a refund.
No video or photography allowed. By entering the haunt, you are giving consent to be videoed and or photographed.
You are also giving consent for SPHA to reproduce these videos and or photographs and use them to promote the haunt.
Please turn off cell phones before entering the attractions.
No flashlights, laser pointers, or other lights in the haunts.

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread from person-to-person contact, touching surfaces and airborne. As a result, federal, provincial, and local governments and health agencies recommend social distancing. Six Pines Haunted Attractions has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 as well as other viruses, bacteria and disease (“hereinafter “COVID-19”); however, Six Pines Haunted Attractions cannot guarantee that ticket holder attending Six Pines Haunted Attractions facility will not become infected with COVID-19.
By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I and any child that accompanies me to Six Pines Haunted Attractions facility may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending Six Pines Haunted Attractions and that such exposure or infection may result in physical or emotional injury, illness, paralysis, disability, death and property damage. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Six Pines Haunted Attractions may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence or gross negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Six Pines Haunted Attractions employees and other Six Pines Haunted Attractions patrons.
I, ticket holder release and forever discharge Six Pines Haunted Attractions its employees, owners, officers and directors from any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of actions arising out of or in consequence of any loss, injury, damage or inconvenience to person or property incurred while attending at these facilities or participating in the attractions notwithstanding any such loss, injury or damage may have arisen by reason of their negligence.
